What happened to the well received and critically acclaimed short film "Poker, by David Chase"? That was some brilliant filmmaking man, but now it's gone. What gives?

hmmm, that is an interesting way to play a small pair... i am so programmed to set mine with them that i didn't think of that. in light of who my opponent was, a reraise really wouldn't have been out of line and could have either won me the pot right there or gotten me heads up with some kind of weak hand. you're right that he prob would have put in another preflop reraise in that particular situation. thx.

i like the profiling part, especially the diff types of nits -- reminds me of AC

i might have lost some more chips and/or value on hand #2 by reraising preflop to try and take the pot down there or most likely isolate against a very lag player in position, even though he raised from ep(he raised earlier from ep w/ 85 os), i would also hope to get some dead money in from the scared irish guy, adding more value to the play

and if the scared irish guy calls as well its not that bad because hes scared so you can bet into a 3 way pot on the flop a little more comfortably than usual if it goes check check --- if u do hit your set it will be disguised well but as always in deep trouble against an over set(however u can probably rule out AAA KKK and QQQ and maybe even JJJ bec they would have reraised your preflop reraise)

lag asian guy's ep raise actually makes me think he will respect your reraise more and maybe call with a medium pair or 2 big cards, suited connector, etc but still fold the best hand to your flop bet or possible flop reraise (even if u missed and depending on the board) -- a downside is the pot is now larger and will entice a call on the flop from one of his crazy drawing hands, forcing a more difficult decision on the turn and forcing u to put an even larger sized turn bet if u think he missed a draw but this paradoxically makes your reward bigger

if he has a big pair he probably reraises preflop to isolate and now you just killed the great set equity u had in position, which is what would have most likely happened here

i think i just rambled a little bit(insert smoked out icon) but felt like trying to contribute a thought :P

Looking back, if you feel you made the right plays, then you can take some solace in that.

Next year, that tourney is yours!

I have to admit, I didn't read this whole thing. How can you call Epcot Center the stupidest place on earth? Epcot is AWESOME! I'm too pissed off to continue. I'll have to read the rest another time, after I've calmed down.
