So today I’m headed to Puerto Rico for my friend Dave’s bachelor party. I did a little homework and it seems that they do have poker at Puerto Rican casinos. The reports state that all they spread is limit hold ’em with an outrageous (10%) rake. But the reports also state that it’s no fold ’em hold ’em in the truest sense: pretty much every player sees every flop. We’ll see what this mainland rock can do in these games.
Have fun at the bachelor party! Tell everyone I said hello!
Sooo David I am surprised u did not know if there was any poker movements in P.R…. I am from Puerto Rico and have many friends, young adults that are active poker players. the difference is that they dont usually go to casinossss and sit at poker tables.. they do it at home, in get 2gethers and invite other poker payers friends and start their bets along with beers or drinks and maybe a barbeque for fun… See the thing is that Puerto Rico has casinoes in almost every hotel at least the big ones. The puertorricans, mostly the elderly have a serious addiction with casinoes; they go and spend their social security money to entertain themselves during the day, since in most of these casinoes food is served for free. Anyways i tell u all this because yes David, I have two grannys that are casino freaks and one already is in heaven. I am also very good friends with David Castro the current president of The Puerto Rico Poker Asssociation. Anyways i just felt like leaving this post just in case u were still in doubt..
BY THE WAY U MET ME @ KUDETA IN UR FRIENDS BACHELORS PARTY..
HOPE U STILL REMEMBER ME..
KEEP PARTYING
KEEP PLAYING
AND OF COURSE POKER 4EVER
